Built to Help: Why I Created a Veteran Resources Page

After 20 years of military service, and through the time I spend helping others in the Virtual Barracks, I have seen how important easy access to veteran resources can be. Many veterans are struggling with VA claims, housing issues, mental health challenges, financial stress, medical concerns, and the simple question of where to turn next. The help is often out there, but finding the right resources for veterans quickly is not always easy.

That is why I built a Veteran Resources Page.

The goal was simple: create one place where veterans, family members, and supporters can find helpful links faster. When someone is overwhelmed, frustrated, or in crisis, even a few extra steps can feel like too much. Easy access to veteran support resources can make a real difference.

Through my own experience as a veteran, and from helping others through the Virtual Barracks, I have seen that people often need direct access to trusted information, not more confusion. A clean page with organized VA resources, crisis support information, housing help, and other veteran assistance links can help someone take the first step toward getting support.
